I graduated from the "N. Y. Vaptsarov" Naval Academy in 1999. My 18 years of experience in the maritime business and as a long-distance captain at "Stargate Maritime" EOOD, directly related to Taiyo Nippon Kisen Company (TNKC) - a leading company of "K"-Line, help me transform and use working and proven models, giving value and significance to the real estate consultant profession.
Early September 2021. with the help of Ivaylo Tsandev and Mrs. Kostadincheva, together with Anna, Rosen and Tina, the creation and development of Team SART (SART - Svilen, Anna, Rosen and Tina) began. I promised them that wherever I was, the name SART would be preserved, because it also contains a reference to the maritime guild, which remains deep in my heart!
From Address and Remax I took the best and the positive, which helped me with the support of my valuable Team friends: Siana, Stanislava, Radoslav and Yordan in creating an agency with Team SART on September 3, 2024. At the right time, Zornitsa Manusheva and Veselin Gradinarov joined our Team wholeheartedly and enthusiastically.
